(A) keel this is a bulb fin keel.

(C) Back stay this is a singe back stay other types are twin back stay and
divided back stay.
A divided back stay starts at the top of the mast as a single wire
and then splits part way down.
A twin back stay is two backstays joining at the top of the mast. |
(D) Fore stay.
(E) Gib or Genoa sheet used for controlling, furling and unfurling the head
sail.
(F) Main sheet.
(G) Boom.
(H) Push pit. Stainless frame or guard rail at the stern of the boat.
( I ) Shrouds or standing rigging.
(J ) Pull pit. Stainless steel frame or guard rail at the bow.
(K) Stem Head. Mounted on the stem head is the stem head fitting which
usually holds the anchor and fore stay.
(L) Goose neck. The joint between the boom and the mast.
